Behind QR-cadre

One brand, one method

QR-cadre handles the capture, editing and distribution of your visuals so your event is seen while it is happening (stories, Reels, quick interviews, press photos).

To keep quality consistent, you work with a single point of contact: the service is led by Mathieu Randon (direction / production). And when the event requires broader coverage, QR-cadre can rely on a trusted network of partners.

Our approach: be organized enough to improvise intelligently on the day without missing the key moments.

Video stories published live: selected excerpts

The real format is video shot on a Sony FX30, edited and published on-site. The stills below give you a sense of the framing and style, but the real value is in the motion and sound. The goal is to feed the event channels while it is alive, not just post afterwards.

Private event: 10,000+ visitors over the weekend

Publishing video stories edited on-site throughout the highlights creates a real “I want to be there” effect. The audience sees the atmosphere, the crowd and the key moments, and instantly understands that it is worth coming. This warm content acts as a trigger through urgency and social proof.

  • Short videos edited on-site with the FX30 and published within the hour.
  • Varied angles to tell a story: atmosphere, details and interactions.
  • Stronger partner visibility thanks to content shared on the day.

NatureMarathonMan race in Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers

During a competition, live stories help bring the race to life: start line, checkpoints, emotions, behind the scenes and finishers. The audience follows and shares, and the event gains impact while it is unfolding.

  • Publishing rhythm designed to keep attention high.
  • Mix of photo and video to show effort, speed and terrain.
  • Content reusable afterwards for reels, posts and partner decks.

FRL 2025 regional ploughing final in Chomérac

On a large public event, live video stories make the event visible at the right moment: scale, demos, wow moments and backstage, edited on-site with the FX30, not just quick snapshots. Result: more shares, more engagement and communication that highlights both the event and its partners.

  • Atmosphere videos and detail shots to add rhythm and substance.
  • Highlighting key moments to create desire and traffic.
  • Stories ready for Instagram, Facebook and partner reposts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about live event content

Clear answers to understand the service and its deliverables.

Professional stories published live, often in under 30 minutes

Are you organizing an event and want it to be visible right away? Live content means capturing, editing and publishing photo and video during the event, with very fast publishing, often in under 30 minutes.

  • Make people who are not there want to come.
  • Show the atmosphere, the crowd and the highlights.
  • Highlight your image, your partners and your organization.

On-site: pro gear, quick selection, express editing on a dedicated smartphone, and continuous publishing throughout the day.

What is a “live” service?

A live service is simple: we shoot, select, edit and publish during the event to stay inside the moment. Editing and publishing happen on-site via a dedicated smartphone, turning a highlight into an instantly shareable story.

Unlike a later delivery, live publishing keeps the emotion of the moment, creates desire and helps turn your event into something people remember.

Which events is this ideal for?

Ideal for conferences, trade shows, marathons, festivals, company nights, openings, product launches and public or institutional events. If you want people who are not there to feel the action, live content makes a real difference.

If your goal also includes stronger brand consistency over time, explore the brand content universe.

What do you receive during or right after the event?

Depending on your needs: stories, Reels, mini recap, short interviews, press photos and an express gallery the same day. The goal is to share the atmosphere and elevate the event while it is happening.

After the service, you also receive the edited content published live plus the usable raw files that were not used during the live push.

Immersive photos and stories: atmosphere, decor, audience and key moments.

Short interviews: exhibitors, speakers, partners, with a discreet wireless mic.

Short videos: speeches, backstage and standout moments for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok.

Drone: wide shots to show real scale and atmosphere.

  • Stories: published throughout the key moments.
  • Reels: short videos that can reach a wider audience.
  • Press photos: for partners, media and sponsors.
  • Mini recap: to close the day and relaunch post-event communication.
  • Raw files: everything not used live, to enrich future communication.
Why communicate during the event?

Because people react more strongly to what is happening right now, and warm content shows the event at the exact right moment.

  • Platforms often promote recent content.
  • The audience can project themselves into the atmosphere.
  • Partners gain visibility on the day.

The simple goal: when someone discovers your event on their phone, they should want to be there, or at least remember it.

How does it work in practice?
  1. Discovery call (required): we define your goals, audience, highlights and channels.
  2. Tailored proposal: the format is adapted to your event flow.
  3. Event day: we follow a clear storyline, shoot, edit live and publish throughout the day.

Large-scale event (10,000+ visitors) and cancellation

Depending on the needs defined in advance, QR-cadre can bring in a wider team of trusted photographers and videographers to cover the full event efficiently.

In case of cancellation, the deposit remains due and specific terms may apply depending on the project.

The examples above illustrate an approach, not an automatic promise: impact depends on context, audience and goals.

What do you receive after the event?
  • All edited videos published live: stories and Reels.
  • Delivered photos, including drone shots, with strong value for your materials.
  • Usable raw files not used during the live flow, for internal communication and future posts.
How long does it take to publish a story after shooting?

Publishing typically happens in under 30 minutes. Editing, color work and upload are handled on-site during the event.

Which formats are delivered?

9:16 vertical stories, reels, mini recaps, flash interviews and press photos for Instagram, LinkedIn and your website.

Why not shoot everything on a phone?

Because a pro camera (Sony FX30) and a drone (DJI Mini 4 Pro) deliver a more stable, brighter and more premium result than a simple phone. To keep the speed of live publishing, the editing and posting are then handled on-site through a dedicated smartphone and a professional app.

Can quick interviews be recorded during the event?

Yes. Short interviews with exhibitors, speakers, partners or officials can be captured with a pro wireless mic while staying discreet.

Is drone footage possible?

Yes, if it is authorized and suitable for the location. Wide shots are ideal for showing the real scale and atmosphere.

Is a discovery call required beforehand?

Yes. A discovery call is required to define goals, key moments, channels and the expected level of publishing.
