QR-cadre.com Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: March 5, 2026.

Part 1: Terms for photo, video, and live content services

Article 1: Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern QR-cadre.com services related to photography, video, and live content, particularly for weddings, brands, hospitality, culture, sports, private or corporate events, as well as associated portraits and reportages.

They apply to every order placed with QR-cadre.com, whether agreed with an individual, an association, a public body, or a company.

Article 2: Contract documents

The contractual relationship is based, in order of priority, on the approved quote or proposal, any specific written conditions agreed between the parties, and then these Terms and Conditions.

Examples, portfolios, marketing copy, case studies, indicative durations, or budget ranges shown on the website are for illustration only. Only the elements specified in the quote, purchase order, or written validation exchange are contractually binding.

Article 3: Order confirmation

The booking becomes firm once the signed quote or written acceptance is received, together with the deposit specified in the quote where a deposit is required.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the deposit constitutes a firm commitment and covers in particular the reserved date, preparation work, preliminary exchanges, and initial production costs.

Article 4: Nature of the services

QR-cadre.com offers tailored services which may include, depending on the project: editorial preparation, briefing video calls, photo capture, video capture, sound recording, multi-camera shoots, drone shoots, editing, color grading, secure delivery, private gallery access, short edits, vertical content, social media publishing, delivery of digital files, and printed options.

The exact scope, schedule, locations, delivered formats, number of deliverables, options, deadlines, and any revision rounds are those specified in the quote. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no source files, raw footage, editing project files, extra versions, prints, albums, USB drive, or advertising distribution are included by default.

Article 5: Client obligations

The client undertakes to provide QR-cadre.com with accurate and complete information about the project, locations, schedules, people to cover, technical constraints, access, permissions, and expected objectives.

The client remains responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from venues, officiants, event spaces, organizers, owners, partners, contributors, or any other person whose consent is required to film, photograph, publish, or fly over a location.

For live-content services, the client must also ensure, before the event begins, practical access to the relevant publication accounts or channels, or appoint a contact person authorized to publish, approve, or relay the content on site.

Where the client provides text, logos, music, brand guidelines, ad accounts, credentials, graphic elements, or any other third-party content, the client guarantees that they hold the rights necessary for such use.

Article 6: Service performance

QR-cadre.com performs the services either alone or with trusted collaborators, photographers, videographers, or independent partners, depending on the project needs. QR-cadre.com retains production direction and remains the client's contractual point of contact unless otherwise stated in writing.

The client undertakes to facilitate smooth performance of the assignment by respecting the agreed schedule, ensuring site access, making key people available where necessary, and limiting interruptions or requests incompatible with normal production constraints.

Any extra hours, additional deliverables, extension of the schedule, change of location, substantial change to the brief, or urgent request not originally planned may be subject to an additional fee approved by the client.

Article 7: Artistic direction and revisions

The client acknowledges choosing QR-cadre.com for its eye, visual style, framing, editing, and storytelling approach. QR-cadre.com therefore retains artistic freedom in capture, selection, sorting, retouching, color grading, sound treatment, and final assembly of the content.

Heavy retouching, major transformations, creative changes after shooting, requests outside the brief, or successive revisions not planned in the quote may incur additional billing.

For photo or video reportage work, QR-cadre.com does not guarantee exhaustive capture of every person, moment, speech, or decor detail. Consistent and professional coverage is provided within the limits of time, context, access, and the event's actual flow.

Article 8: Specific rules for live content

For services involving content published during the event, QR-cadre.com captures, selects, edits, and may publish on-site stories, reels, photos, extracts, or mini recaps, often within short timeframes, without those timeframes constituting an absolute guarantee.

Upload speed depends in particular on available network conditions, internet access, mobile coverage quality, platform operation, on-site security constraints, the number of stakeholders requiring approval, and unforeseen field conditions.

QR-cadre.com is under no obligation of result regarding organic reach, number of views, leads, registrations, bookings, or engagement generated by content published live or after delivery.

If immediate publication becomes impossible for technical, logistical, or approval reasons, the relevant content may be delivered after the event in a suitable format.

Article 9: Drone, weather, safety, and force majeure

Drone footage is always subject to legal authorizations, weather, public safety, local restrictions, flight zones, and the remote pilot's judgement. The absence of drone footage for regulatory, weather-related, or safety reasons does not constitute wrongful non-performance.

QR-cadre.com undertakes to use properly maintained equipment and to implement reasonable backups. In the event of severe weather, major breakdown, accident, illness, administrative prohibition, network outage, industrial action, blocked access, or any force majeure event, the service may be adapted, postponed, or partially reorganized depending on the circumstances.

Where possible, the parties will prioritize rescheduling, partial replacement, adaptation of deliverables, or any other reasonable measure before considering termination of the contract.

Article 10: Deadlines, delivery, and approval

Delivery times are given as estimates unless otherwise committed in writing. They begin once the service has been performed, all elements required for post-production have been received, and, where applicable, the scheduled payment deadlines have been met.

Delivery may occur through a secure private gallery, download link, digital medium, third-party platform, or any other method provided for in the quote. Some services may include an initial quick selection or partial deliveries before final handover.

The client undertakes to review the deliverables upon receipt and report any obvious non-conformity within a reasonable time. In the absence of a reasoned response concerning an objectively identifiable issue, delivery shall be deemed accepted.

Article 11: Digital files, raw footage, and archiving

Delivered files are those specified in the quote. Raw footage, unedited files, editing project files, source files, intermediate exports, or unused variants are not included unless expressly stated.

Where transfer of such materials is requested, it remains at QR-cadre.com's discretion and may be subject to a quote, refusal, or separate billing. In all cases, items subject to named, personal, software, musical, typographic, graphic, or third-party licenses cannot be transferred by QR-cadre.com unless their direct acquisition by the client was planned in advance.

After the deliverables have been made available, downloading, backing up, and preserving them is the client's responsibility. QR-cadre.com recommends immediate backup across several media.

Unless a different period is announced in writing, QR-cadre.com generally keeps a backup copy for around 9 months from the first delivery. After that period, internal deletion of files may occur without further notice and without any obligation to restore them.

Article 12: Prices, expenses, and payment

Prices are expressed in euros. Unless stated otherwise, they cover only the scope described in the quote.

Travel, parking, toll, accommodation, meal, rental, assistant, second shooter, or any specific logistical costs are billed according to the quote or, failing that, according to actual documented expenses incurred. Where an offer mentions included travel, that inclusion applies only within the specifically indicated limits.

Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the quote or invoice. In the event of late payment, QR-cadre.com may suspend post-production, file delivery, or activation of usage rights until payment is made in full.

For professional clients, any late payment automatically gives rise to penalties calculated at three times the applicable legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of 40 euros, without prejudice to any additional compensation where the costs incurred are higher.

Article 13: Cancellation, postponement, and right of withdrawal

Any cancellation by the client, except in duly justified force majeure circumstances, results in retention of the deposit already paid. Costs already incurred, reservations already made, and work already completed remain payable.

Any postponement request is treated as a rescheduling request subject to availability. If QR-cadre.com is available on the new date, an amendment or a new quote may be proposed. In case of unavailability, the initial contract remains canceled under the above conditions.

For consumer clients, the statutory right of withdrawal applies only in cases provided by law. It may in particular be excluded where the service must be performed on a specified date or during a specified period, or where performance has started with the client's express agreement before the legal withdrawal period expired.

Article 14: Intellectual property and usage rights

Photographs, videos, edits, graphic packaging, sound creations, and more broadly any works produced by QR-cadre.com remain protected by copyright. Unless otherwise stated in writing, QR-cadre.com remains the holder of the economic rights to its creations.

The client benefits from a right to use the delivered materials, limited to the agreed use. For private individuals, this use is generally personal and private. For professionals, the use is non-exclusive and limited to the media, durations, territories, and purposes agreed in the quote or in writing.

Any resale, assignment to a third party, publication by a partner, broader advertising use, substantial modification, reframing distorting the work, removal of a signature, or reuse outside the agreed scope requires QR-cadre.com's prior written consent.

Article 15: Image rights and QR-cadre.com communication

By default, no named promotional use is deemed granted to QR-cadre.com without a contractual basis or a written authorization tailored to the project. Where a communication authorization is signed or provided in a separate document, it applies according to its own terms.

The client remains responsible for informing participants, teams, guests, employees, or contributors where the context requires specific information related to image rights, internal communication, or publication on social media.

Article 16: Liability, disputes, and governing law

QR-cadre.com is bound by an obligation of means and undertakes to perform the assignment seriously, diligently, and professionally. Its liability may only be engaged in the event of proven fault and is limited to the amount actually received for the relevant service, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

In the event of a difficulty, the parties undertake to first seek an amicable solution through clear and documented written exchanges.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. For professional clients, failing an amicable agreement, express jurisdiction is granted to the courts with jurisdiction over QR-cadre.com's registered office. For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

Article 17: Acceptance and amendment of the terms

Approval of a quote, payment of a deposit, or more generally placing an order for a service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

QR-cadre.com may update these Terms and Conditions at any time for future orders. The applicable version is the one sent or made available on the date the relevant order is confirmed.
