Refund and return policy

Updated on September 18, 2026. This page summarises our refund rules. The full conditions are set out in our terms and conditions, which prevail in case of any difference.

1. Wedding gift cards

• Big Day Guarantee. If QR-cadre.com is not available on the wedding date, whether the date is already taken at purchase or becomes taken later, the card is refunded at 100% of the amount paid, with no fees, as long as it has not been used (terms, article 18.5).
• Right of withdrawal. The buyer has 14 days from the online purchase to withdraw, without giving any reason, as long as the card has not been used (article 18.6).
• Outside these cases, the card can neither be refunded nor exchanged for cash. Any unused balance remains available throughout the card’s validity, i.e. 24 months after purchase (article 18.3).
• Lost card or misspelt name. The card is reissued identically, or corrected, on request (article 18.7).

2. Photo and video services

• If the client cancels, except in justified cases of force majeure, the deposit paid is retained; a request to postpone is considered according to availability (terms, article 13).
• For a service scheduled on a specific date, such as a wedding, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply.
• Delivered files (photos, films) are digital content and cannot be returned. Correction requests follow article 7 of the terms.

3. Physical products

QR-cadre.com does not yet sell physical products online. Return conditions for personalised frames will be published here when the shop opens.

4. Requesting a refund

• Write to us from the support page or at [email protected], giving the card code, the payment reference and the email address used for the purchase.
• The refund is issued within 14 days of approval, to the payment method used for the purchase, at no cost. The time it takes to appear on your account then depends on your bank.
