The card rules, in plain words
- A whole package or any amount. Give a photo or film package, the Duo, or the amount of your choice from €500. The card carries a unique code, activated once payment is received.
- Package guaranteed. A gifted package stays secured at the price paid for 2 years, even if its price goes up. Any travel costs remain extra.
- Deducted from the price. A free amount is deducted from the price of the package the couple chooses, after current coupons. If it exceeds that price, the rest of the card goes towards extras.
- Valid for 2 years for all QR-cadre wedding photo and film services, packages and options. Several cards can be combined on one booking.
- Big Day Guarantee. If Mathieu isn’t available on the wedding date, even if the date is taken after your purchase, the card is refunded in full, with no fees, on request.
- 14 days to change your mind after buying online, as long as the card hasn’t been used. Otherwise it can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Giving a wedding videographer or photographer
Can you give a wedding videographer or photographer as a gift?
Yes. With the gift card, you give the couple a QR-cadre film package, photo package or the Photo & Film Duo, or the amount of your choice from €500. A gifted package is guaranteed at its price for 2 years: the couple has nothing to pay for it.
What happens if the wedding date isn’t available?
With the Big Day Guarantee, the card is refunded in full, with no fees, if Mathieu isn’t available on the wedding date, even if the date is taken after your purchase, as long as the card hasn’t been used.
Can you hide the amount on the card?
Yes. Turn on “Hide the amount”: no price appears on the card. On the back, the couple discovers what you’re giving them: the planning video call, the big day and what they will receive.
How do I give the card?
Download the PDF to print it double-sided and slip it into an envelope, or send the image that combines both sides, for example on WhatsApp.
How long is the card valid?
24 months after purchase, for all QR-cadre wedding photo and film services, packages and options included. The end date is written on the card.
How does the couple use the card?
They scan the card’s QR code: this page opens with their code and what they’ve been given. They then send the code to Mathieu, and the card’s value is deducted from their booking.
Can several people give the card together?
Yes. Each person creates their own card, and the amounts add up on the couple’s booking. To sign as a group, write for example “the whole family” or “all your friends” in “From”. This field is optional: left empty, the gift stays anonymous.
