Do I need to create an account or provide my email address?
No. No account is required and no email address is requested to view or download your photographs. The link and code you receive are enough.
How do I receive the link and access code for my gallery?
As soon as your photographs are ready, the link and code are usually sent on WhatsApp, or by email if agreed. Then simply paste the code.
Can I share my gallery link with friends and family?
Yes, but remember that anyone with both the link and the code will be able to access your images. If you publish that information, for example in an Instagram story, access becomes public.
Can I download all photos at once?
Yes. The Download all button automatically prepares a ZIP archive containing every file in 4K. A percentage clearly shows when it is ready.
How can I select only certain photos to download?
Add the images to your favourites, then use the Download my selection button. The ZIP will contain only your chosen photographs.
Are my photos protected?
The gallery is not public and access requires both its link and associated code. Simply avoid publishing both pieces of information together in a public space.
How long does the gallery stay online?
The online availability period is agreed in advance with your photographer. You can download your files and return to complete your selection throughout that period.

Can I request the complete deletion of my gallery?
Of course. In compliance with GDPR, a simple email is enough. Your data will be deleted within 7 business days.
